Q: What options are there for me to receive my order?

A: We currently offer 3 methods that you can choose from at check out to receive your order. Pick-up, which allows you to pick up your order from our business location between select times. Delivery, if you live within Ottumwa, Iowa city limits and on a paved road we will deliver your items to your front door. Shipping, your items will be directly shipped from us to you. Orders over $60 will get free shipping or delivery!

Q: Will you ship outside the United States?

A: Currently we only offer shipping to the lower 48. 

Q: How quickly will my order ship?

A: Orders that need shipped will be dropped off to the post office within 48 hours of your order, but most times within 24 hours.

Q: If I select delivery, how quickly will I receive my item?

A: Your order will be delivered within 48 hours to your front door, often times sooner. If you need it rush delivered please reach out to us via email or social media and we will do everything we can to accommodate that. 

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in Ottumwa, Iowa.

Q: Can I return an item?

A: If you are not happy with an item please reach out to us. The item(s) must be unworn with the tags attached. We will exchange your item for you or offer you store credit for the purchase price of the item, not shipping. You must contact us with 14 days of receiving your item.
